WELCOME

The founders of Diagramix, Incorporated, welcome you to the newest division of the company, EPROW Images. This division originated as an outgrowth of client actions. Frequently, clients want Diagramix to do all of the needed thinking for changes within their individual companies. Hence, Diagramix owns the thinking. Occasionally, we find clients who want to learn how to do the thinking themselves and how to empower their employees to collaborate in the process.

These clients encouraged us to take them beyond the current level of their learning. They wanted to learn how to move their ideas and dreams into reality. They wanted to develop their instincts, their sixth sense. They wanted to combine strategy and tactics into the collaborative process. They wanted to explore the emerging capabilities of the virtual world and the building of teams within that world to extend innovation.

To the thinking of the business clients, Diagramix added its collaborative practices that have been refined over the years in working with creative individuals from entertainment, with futurists from education, with artists from all disciplines, and with innovators from everywhere. These client groups grapple regularly with images in their heads of what they want to accomplish. What the groups lacked was a systematic way to move from the images to the innovative realities. EPROW Images fosters the mastering of that movement.

HOW TO USE SITE

Understand names

 

Feel free to explore the site in a way that makes sense to you. Initially, you will encounter words that have little or no meaning to you.

GAZOOGO, STRATEGO, OPINEGO, and SAGITAUR are four such words. They are the names of four service brands offered by EPROW Images. Notice that three of the words end with the letters GO. Each of these services, ends with you GOing from the protective nest of EPROW into your world to test your own wings, ideas, and innovations. The remainder of each of those words suggests the situation in which you would find yourself. GAZOO suggests caged, wild animals — your ideas. STRATE suggests plans — your action plans. OPINE suggests thoughts and opinions — your learning gaps that need to be filled.

SAGITAUR, however, follows a different thinking. First, the name combines two Zodiac signs, Sagittarius and Taurus — Sagittarius, the adventurer, dreamer and grass-is-greener personality — Taurus, the builder, practical, value-oriented personality. The blend is a natural collaboration. Innovative people need to dream and soar. However, if they are not rooted in practical thinking, they rarely accomplish what they imagine. SAGIATUR involves the vital collaboration between the dreamer and the builder to bring innovative projects to reality.

Finally, PAPPY, refers to a range of “pitches” that are proposed personally by you to a review team at EPROW Images. Each pitch requires you to share what you want to achieve, identify the current situation in which you are working, and describe whatever you believe is stopping you from achieving what you imagine.

Understand photos
Each photo-logo reinforces its related service-brand name.

GAZOOGO uses a photo of an iron gate with cobwebs to suggest inactivity with your dreams and images. Strong threads form the webs which are really attached to your
mental barriers.

STRATEGO uses the rigging of a tall ship to suggest the complexity of the decisions to be made when you create an action plan. Yet even without a plan, you, as the ship, still move forward, even if erratically. Once you know how to make the needed choices, your ship has direction and destination solidly in place.

OPINEGO
uses a photo of an instructor explaining a concept or process to a group of learners. Here, the photo suggests that learning fills the gaps. Learning arises from many places. However, the strongest learning comes from the personal experiencing of a stream of small failures that move you dramatically toward your desired success. Make mistakes early and often and the learning truly belongs to you.

SAGITAUR uses a photo of two people paddling in a canoe to suggest that people working together move faster and more steadily toward an objective. The front person sets the direction and the back person keeps the canoe moving in that direction by steering.

PAPPY uses a photo of people heading to trains to take a journey with others to suggest that, when you can share your vision with others who want to join you, the trip is all the richer.

Each service brand contains its own linking structure which allows you to navigate quickly within the site. Simply clicking on the brand name takes you directly to the associated web pages if you are not already on the particular service brand page.

All items in menus which are either on the left panel or at the bottom of each page link directly to pages that will give you details and explanations. Simply clicking on the item takes you to the appropriate page.

Understand "Contact Us"
The founders, especially, encourage you to contact us whenever anything on the site concerns you. You may ask questions, challenge practices or procedures, or even send compliments. It is your sharing that makes us do a better job, have a better web site, and build better relationships with our clients.
Understand "Apply Now"
Each service brand page contains a link to an APPLY NOW page. Here, you choose what kind of a relationship you want to develop with EPROW Images. Each service brand focuses on a different aspect of bringing your ideas to reality — clarification, planning, filling gaps, and executing a project. On each brand page, the title suggests the situation that you currently face. The slogan in the right panel identifies what you will be doing as a client with that brand. Because the focus shifts with each brand, so does the relationship that will be built. When you decide how you want to participate, simply click on the link that takes you to the APPLY NOW form and follow the submission directions.

WHAT THE SITE DOES

Each page in the site gives you information about EPROW Images and its practices and service brands. The left panel and the bottom of the page information give you details that may better help you understand the EPROW division and its mission.

The service brand tabs suggest the sequential order that most clients follow. As you understand the characteristics of each brand, you decide what best suits your situation and what you desire to accomplish.

Only after you submit the APPLY NOW form does someone from EPROW enter the conversation. You first introduce yourself. Then, an EPROW specialist engages you in a dialogue to be certain of your commitment to developing a sustainable relationship — sort of like a first date. The site, therefore, simply opens the door for both parties to begin working together. The real work occurs when we, together, agree to move forward.
